Service Description

Guided relaxation to help your mind and body quieten. Take some time out of your day to look after yourself. You can choose to sit or lie down, whatever is most comfortable. I will talk through a relaxation based on the Alexander Technique to help you become aware of your body and to learn relaxation skills.
