Tanya Shoop and yoga teacher, Chris Holt, have developed a style called Hands On Yoga. This combines the Alexander Technique with gentle Hatha Yoga. It explores healthy movement during yoga and compassion towards our bodies and ourselves. It is very popular and is both relaxing and energising.
They run occasional in London as well as an annual weekend retreat.
